A mildly spicy papad that is made out of black pepper and Grade A Urad Dal with a hint of hing.
Simply grill or deep fry a few seconds on both sides until crispy (turns golden brown),
Or Simply put in microwave until tiny bubbles appear on the surface of the urad crisp and turns golden brown.
IMPORTANT : set aside to cool for two minutes for a crunchier and crispier urad crisp and it's all ready to serve and eat.
