Dahi Vada is a vegetarian, gluten-free snack made using yellow split moong dal ,Chola dal & Urad dal. Dahi vada is a ready supply of proteins for a high nutritional balanced diet. Because of Eating with Curd and Chutney It acts as a tasty as well as a nutritious snack.

Making of Dahi Vada with harshad flour is super easy and gets ready in simple steps in just 1 hour. It is free from preservatives, artificial colours and flavours.

Steps  > First Mix it in Nomal Water and leave it for 1 Hour, Making Of Dahivada batter you should add Iodized Salt, Chopped Chilly, Sodium Bi Carbonate and Other Spices as you Like. 

Dahi means yogurt and vada are deep fried fritters. It is usually topped with tangy chutney and garnished with masala.
