“ Uttapam flour,” is a blend of rice and dal ground into a flour mixture is used for making Uttapam only.You Should add Chopped Tomatoes,Chillis,Salt and Spices..In batter.

The consistency of the Uttapam batter is the most essential for making good Uttapam. The batter should be of pouring consistency, neither too thick nor too thin. If the batter is too thick, the Uttapam will not spread evenly, and if it is too thin, the Uttapam will be too crispy.
