“Idli Dhokla flour,” is a blend of rice and dal ground into a flour mixture is used for Idli, White Dhokla and other Gujarati Items.

Making of Batter You have to take 2 cup butter milk in 1 cup of Idli flour and now mix it & Pour it, You should keep this Batter atlest 4 Hours now You have to add Iodised Salt, Sodium Bi-carbonate and other Spices as you Like in This Batter. Now Cook it
